This quick assessment will help you identify potential soft spots in your people skills. Those same people skills that can impact how a leader is seen and heard by those that work for and with them. 

Be sure to answer the questions as honestly as possible - even the ones where you know you SHOULD be doing it, but aren't. You're not alone.
