So, in short terms; what are the differences? Quizzes usually contain up to 10 questions. Tests have more questions than quizzes. This is because, it will test more about your course. While a quiz may test the first 3 pages of your book, a test can contain all three chapters. Quizzes and tests have several types of questions the same.
