Motivational Gifts (Greek: "charismaton") are listed in Romans 12:3-8. Motivational gifts are "Grace Gifts", and undeserved benefit, giving by grace alone, that brings joy, pleasure, gratification, and acceptance. The absolutely "free" expression of God's loving-kindness.
Each person is born with one (and only one) Motivational Gift defined as the inner drive that separates our joy of service from others. Our motivation for ministry. God put it there, you are born with it and it stays for life.
Your Motivational Gift...
- Will function as a signpost, directing you in God's will for your life.
- Is valuable in setting priorities.
- Will assist in self-acceptance and understanding.
- Will identify areas for training and development.
Before Taking the Test... Two Rules
- Respond to the test based on how you were "born" to be, not based on how you have become over time.
- Respond to the test based on who and how you really are, not based on who and how you want to be.
